Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for US, Canada, and Mexico
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Handle payroll schema, rules, wage types, and payroll configuration
Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations and statutory requirements
Support payroll integration between Employee Central and other connected systems
Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide timely resolutions
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Provide post-go-live support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll / SAP SuccessFactors ECP
Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing for US, Canada, and Mexico
Good understanding of payroll schemas, rules, functions, and wage types
Experience with Employee Central integration with ECP
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of compliance and statutory payroll requirements
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central Payroll
Experience in global payroll implementations
Exposure to SAP HCM modules and related integrations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
